The Site Engineer will be responsible for supervising and coordinating daily construction activities at project site in Sarawak. This role requires a disciplined, proactive, and responsible individual who is able to ensure that works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, safety requirements, and project timelines.The candidate must demonstrate strong site discipline, punctuality, and commitment to safety standards. As this is a site-based role, the Site Engineer is expected to maintain consistent on-site presence, monitor workmanship quality, and ensure subcontractors comply with project requirements and company policies.

Applicants should possess a Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related engineering discipline. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, while candidates with 1–3 years of construction site experience will have an added advantage. The ability to communicate in Mandarin/Chinese will be considered an added value, particularly for coordination with Mandarin-speaking contractors and suppliers.

key responsibilities include overseeing site progress, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, attending site meetings, preparing daily and weekly progress reports, monitoring materials usage, and escalating technical or operational issues to the Project Manager when necessary. The Site Engineer must also support quality control inspections and ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations and authority requirements.
