Job Description

Gruppe Lighting Solution Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented Design R&D Engineer to join our innovative team. This full-time position is based in Kota Kemuning, Selangor and will play a key role in driving the development and design of our cutting-edge lighting solutions.

Designing and developing new lighting products and systems to meet the evolving needs of our customers

Conducting research and testing to optimise product performance, efficiency and sustainability

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical, electronic and mechanical components

Preparing detailed technical documentation and prototype

Ensuring designs comply with relevant safety, regulatory and industry standards

Providing technical support and training to our sales and production teams

Continuously exploring new technologies and innovative lighting solutions

Position Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field

Strong knowledge of electrical and electronic engineering principles, including circuit design, power systems and control systems

Proficient in using engineering design software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Photoshop

Excellent problem-solving, analytical and technical troubleshooting skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate technical information effectively

Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest lighting technologies and design trends
