Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Paid Ads Specialist to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms. Meanwhile, you also grant the opportunity to recommend paid ad channels such as Search Engine Marketing (SEM), programmatic media buy (3rd-party DSPs), and paid social ads.
Position Requirements
Qualifications and skills
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing successful paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, preferably for at least 2-3 years.
- Proven hands-on experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Video Advertising, TikTok Advertising, Display Advertising, and Meta Advertising.
Prior experience as Ad Ops/Ad Operations Specialist, Media Buyer/Media Buy Specialist, and Programmatic Specialist is preferred but not required.
- Proficient in MS Office and Google e.g Excel Sheets, Word Documents & PowerPoint Presentations.
- Required Skill(s): Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Google Ads, Paid Search, Performance Marketing, Pay-Per-Click (PPC), Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Ads Manager.
- Candidates with experience managing social media posting and scheduling tasks preferred.
Tasks
Responsibilities and duties
- Develop and implement effective paid advertising strategies to drive targeted traffic, lead generation, and conversions.
- Study clients’ brands to plan for and develop highly effective advertising campaigns and media plans.
- Analyze campaign performance data using various analytical tools and generate comprehensive reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Study campaign progress before preparing and conducting high-impact presentations during campaign reviews.
- Collaborate with the client servicing and creative team to ensure precise campaign execution is performed and all KPIs are met.
- Be aware of the clients’ competitive landscape and proactively suggest strategies to help our clients remain at the forefront of their industries.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, best practices, and platform updates in the paid advertising industry.
Salary Range
RM2,500 to RM3,300
