1. Understand the shift operation during a particular shift, starting from raw material feed to the furnace until the finished product is transferred to a defined location;
2. Assists Shift Leaders in managing shift operations;
3. Assist to collect and analyze production statistic and performance;
4. Perform quality checks;
5. Perform the processes of reporting and documentation;
6. Understand furnace smelting quality assurance and quality control measures;
7. Participates in problem identification and escalation to superiors and other maintenance/production support functions;
8. Assist with training of furnace operators;
9. Practice all health and safety procedures, comply with health and safety regulations, maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the responsible working area and tools, identify and prevent possible hazard and handover shift properly;
10. Carries out all other duties or works as assigned to you and/ or as directed by your superior(s).

1. Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering.
2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
3. Proficiency in Mandarin as this role is required to deal with Mandarin speaking foreign employees.
