Job Description

Responsible for managing daily accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting financial reporting, compliance, and audit functions to ensure smooth financial operations of the company.

Position Requirements

- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Familiar with accounting software (e.g. AutoCount, SQL, etc.)
- Familiar with local tax regulations and statutory requirements is an advantage

Tasks

- Handle full set or partial set of accounts (AP / AR / GL)
- Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records
- Perform bank reconciliation and ensure accuracy of accounts
- Process invoices, payments, and collections
- Assist in tax computation and submission (e.g. SST, income tax)
- Manage payroll and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, etc.)
- Support external audit and provide necessary documentation
