Job Description

Responsible for managing and supporting the full spectrum of human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance, to ensure smooth HR operations and alignment with company goals.

Position Requirements

- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Basic knowledge of labour laws and HR practices
- Experience in payroll processing or HR systems is an advantage

Tasks

- Prepare and circulate holiday notices
- Draft and review employment contracts
- Communicate and implement company policies
