Job Description

-Managing and determining outlet cash flow, expenses, and sales records. - Overseeing performance of staff who work in outlet. - Manage and complete daily store operation jobs. - Market merchandise by studying promotion, pricing, product display, stock control and stock managing. - Achieve sales target. - Resolve customer problems. - Contributing to the team in order to accomplish and achieve result and team work. - Able to undertake the ad-hoc tasks and related duties as and when required from time to time which assigned by the superior.

Position Requirements
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree or above in any field
- Having a year of experience in Sales, Retailing or relevant field will be an added advantage
- Having leadership skills and able to mentor the team
- Must be confident, friendly and able to provide good customer services
- Proactive and initiative team player with the ability to achieve sales targets
- Independent, ambitious and team driven
- Charismatic, hardworking and able to commit as part of the retail team
- Must have the passion and drive to grow together with the team
- Able to work according to retail hours, including on weekends and Public Holidays (Alternate rest days)
- Possess transport for traveling and open to be transferable
Tasks
