Job Description
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.

Assist customers with booking and tracking shipments, ensuring smooth logistics operations.

Provide accurate and timely information regarding shipping schedules, rates, and services.

Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and promptly, escalating when necessary.

Process bookings, prepare documentation, and update relevant systems accurately.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.

Stay updated on industry regulations and company policies to ensure compliance.
Position Requirements
Qualification: Degree holder

Experience: Preferable with experience in Shipping/Logistic Industry

Knowledge: Familiarity with vessel operations is an advantage,understanding of maritime laws, customs requirements & Incoterms

Language Skills: Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin for better communication purpose with clients and HQ
