This role needs to provide administrative and operational support for sales management and procurement processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and smooth coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
1. Submit quotations and contracts to the Group via the company’s sales management system.
2. Liaise with the Group to ensure all documentation complies with internal policies and procedures.
3. Support the implementation of sales management policies and communicate updates to the sales team.
4. Manage product orders and maintain proper filing of sales contracts.
5. Handle other administrative matters related to sales operations.
6. Assist project managers in outsourcing processes, including requirements, bidding, and contract execution.
7. Process outsourcing and procurement-related payments.
