Job Description

Yonyou (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, a leading cloud and ERP service provider in Malaysia and Asia, delivers innovative enterprise management solutions. This role needs to support regional business growth by delivering digital consulting and presales solutions, engaging with enterprise clients, and contributing to successful project acquisition and implementation readiness.

Position Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Automation, Business Administration, or any related fields.

Minimum 3 years of experience in implementation or support of business applications and cloud solutions.

Strong knowledge in at least one domain area such as accounting, supply chain, manufacturing, or construction.

Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Sage, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Navision, Workday) is an added advantage.

Fluent in Mandarin to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders; additional language skills are a plus.

Based in Kuala Lumpur and willing to travel for business purposes.

Tasks

Support regional markets, key industries, and client opportunities by developing high-value digital consulting solutions.

Promote digital transformation initiatives, product solutions, and customer success practices to enterprise clients through online and offline channels.

Provide end-to-end presales support, including solution design, project tracking, and participation in bidding processes through to project closure.

Work closely with clients to understand business needs and deliver tailored digital solutions across various industries.

Support project requirements and develop solution blueprints prior to the delivery phase.

Conduct training sessions and empower regional teams, including customer managers, presales consultants, and implementation consultants.

Salary Range

RM 8000-12000
