The Sales Admin Supervisor is responsible for leading the sales administration team and overseeing daily sales support operations to ensure efficient order processing, accurate documentation, and excellent customer service. The role coordinates closely with the sales, warehouse, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely order fulfillment, inventory availability, and smooth delivery processes. Additionally, the supervisor monitors team performance, prepares sales reports, improves administrative workflows, and ensures operational efficiency while supporting the company's sales objectives and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Promote new products to customers.2. Perform daily sales call routine.3. Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to Management.4. Establish and build strong relationships with customers.5. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment and after-sales support.6. Analyse industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to drive sales strategy.7. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and revenue KPIs set by Management.8. Lead pre- and post-campaign evaluations, analyzing financial and executional KPIs, and present insights to customers.9. Perform ad-hoc assignments as directed by Manager / Management.10. Possess own transport and be willing to travel.
