Job Description
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, accurate order fulfillment, and compliance with company policies and safety standards. This role supervises warehouse staff, maintains inventory accuracy, coordinates inbound and outbound shipments, and supports smooth warehouse operations to meet business requirements.

Requirements
1. At least 2 years of experience in warehouse supervision, logistics, or inventory management.
2. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and stock management.
3. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory systems is an advantage.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory data management.
5. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
6. Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
7. Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
8. Experience in the F&B or FMCG industry is an added advantage.
9. Able to communicate in English and Chinese to coordinate with internal teams and suppliers.
10. Possess own transportation and willing to work at Meru, Klang.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities
1. Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations and warehouse staff.
2. Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming deliveries of raw materials, packaging materials, and equipment.
3. Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
4. Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with the Procurement team when necessary.
5. Prepare, pick, pack, and arrange timely dispatch of goods to retail outlets, franchise stores, or other designated locations.
6. Ensure proper storage of goods in accordance with company procedures and inventory control practices.
7. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, and delivery-related issues.
8. Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and compliance with workplace safety regulations.
9. Monitor warehouse equipment and ensure all equipment is properly maintained and operational.
10. Prepare regular inventory and warehouse performance reports for management.
11. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and productivity.
