The Sales & Project Executive is responsible for handling sales activities, coordinating electrical projects, communicating with clients, and ensuring smooth project execution from quotation to completion.

Certificate/Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or related field.
Diploma in Business Studies / Business Administration is an added advantage.
Experience in sales, project coordination, or electrical work is an advantage.
Good knowledge of basic electrical work and installation.
Able to prepare quotations and communicate professionally with clients.
Able to coordinate and manage workers and site activities.
Able to read and understand basic electrical drawings/shop drawings.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word with basic reporting skills.
Good communication, leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Able to manage multiple tasks and projects.
Possess own transportation.
Willing to travel and work at project/site locations.
Miri-based candidates preferred.

Identify and follow up on potential customers and new business opportunities.
Handle sales enquiries and communicate with clients regarding products and services.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and basic sales documents.
Coordinate and monitor electrical projects from planning to completion.
Coordinate workers, subcontractors, and site activities.
Visit project/site locations when required and monitor work progress.
Ensure electrical installation work is carried out according to project requirements and specifications.
Read and understand basic electrical drawings/shop drawings.
Liaise with clients, suppliers, workers, and project teams.
Prepare basic project reports and documentation.
Use Microsoft Excel and Word for quotations, reports, records, and project documentation.
Monitor project schedules, manpower, materials, and site requirements.
Resolve basic site or project issues and report major problems to management.
Manage multiple sales and project tasks simultaneously.
Ensure projects are completed according to the required quality, timeline, and client expectations.
