1. In charge of the KLC Portal Management, centre 6S and upkeep of the facility.

iv. Excellent Customer Services
1. Develop and maintain an excellent business relationship with new and existing customers.

v. Department Routine
1. Based on Performance, you will gain an opportunity of department
routine, include Centre Operation Department and HQ department.

iii. SPM/UEC Holder is welcomed
iv. Must possess own transport
v. Must have basic computer literacy
vi. Must be fluent in English and Mandarin
vii. Must be able to travel (within JB area) when needed.

- Assist with daily centre operations
- Manage KLC Portal and centre facilities
- Provide customer service and support customers
- Maintain good relationships with customers
- Follow company values and work procedures
- Support Centre Operations and HQ departments
- Assist with projects and daily tasks
