Job Description
Maintenance & Asset Reliability: Perform preventative, corrective, and overhauling maintenance on static and rotating equipment (pumps, compressors, boilers, gearboxes) to maximize asset availability and minimize downtime.
Engineering & Technical Documentation: Create and maintain detailed engineering drawings, calculations, specifications, datasheets, BOQs, work orders, and as-built documentation.
Safety, Risk & Regulatory Compliance: Lead and participate in HAZOP, HAZID, risk assessments, and Management of Change (MOC) processes while ensuring strict adherence to API, ASME, ASTM, and ISO standards.
Continuous Improvement & RCA: Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on equipment failures to optimize PM routines, lower maintenance costs, and prevent recurring breakdown issues.
Cross-Functional & Field Coordination: Partner with Operations, HSE, QA, and Procurement teams to manage line change-overs, direct contractor safety, optimize parts inventory, and schedule manpower.
