Tasks

Job Scope:

Provide customer service to customer
Handle customer complaints
Responsible in maintaining strong and professional on-floor presence of patrons/VIP patrons. To increase loyalty and generate return business by ensuring personalized excellent customer service is delivered at all times.
Demonstrate and provide information on promoted products/services.
Create a positive image and lead consumers to use it.
Identify interest and understand customer needs and requirements.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Report accidents, injuries and unsafe work conditions to supervisors.
Perform other reasonable job duties as assigned by supervisors from time to time.
Promote membership to customer
