The Colgate Management Trainee Program (MTP) is an 18-24 months development program designed for high potential young graduates, equipping you with the core competencies and leadership skills needed for you to chart your way to an exciting career us. You will be gaining first-hand experiences and broad exposure to our global organization through job rotations

· Proud holder of a second class upper degree or higher or CGPA 3.0 and above in Business Administration/ Marketing/ International Business/ Commerce/Logistics.
· Fresh graduate or less than a year experience.
· Active in extra co-curricular activities.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Eager & driven to learn
· Mobile (It would be an advantage if you possess own transport)
· Able to start in March 2020

Variable tasks & responsibilities depending on the rotation you are in.
