The Global Graduate Talent Programme at ML Performance aims to identify outstanding graduates and subsequently give their careers a head-start. Through this progamme, we want to groom future leaders in the organization, to lead both our regional headquarters in Kuala Lumpur and eventually at our global headquarters in London.

If you are fresh out of school or about to graduate, and have the energy, the enthusiasm and the passion to excel – then this Global Graduate Talent Programme is for you. You may be new to what we do, but you will be provided with special access to each and every level of our organization to allow you to thoroughly understand our business.

This programme is open to graduates from all academic disciplines. You are not required to have a Business or Economics degree. We find that applicants from different disciplines often times bring different skillsets and perspectives to our organization – and as an organization that values diversity a lot, we welcome you regardless of your background!

You must be fluent in English, both written and verbal
A Bachelor’s degree in any field (For those about to graduate, your latest updated results).
We accept applicants looking for an industrial attachment through this programme too, please feel free to let us know if this is the case.
If you have an interest in cars and performance parts, then that’s a bonus!

Processing orders with suppliers where you will represent the company and have the chance to network with our network of global suppliers.
Being part of the Finance Team and making important decisions such as pricing decisions, settling accounting issues and auditing company accounts.
A client facing role where you will interact with our clients and solve any potential problems that might have been raised.
Overseeing and executing updates to our website and also online shopfront, in particular with regards to products.
Being part of the Marketing team and generating quality content for our websites and social media channels.
Being part of our Digital Team in implementing digital solutions to orgrnizational challenges
Identifying time consuming problems across the organization and providing innovative, automation based solutions to tackle these problems
Being part of our R&D Team in designing and testing out state of art performance parts such as intakes, turbochargers and intercoolers
