Job Description
Manage full-cycle recruitment for all departments, including technical and support roles: sourcing, advertising, interviewing, issuing offer letters, and onboarding.
Coordinate onboarding and orientation, including preparation of materials (e.g., stationery, thumbprint registration), and liaise with HQ (Singapore) on new hires.
Collaborate with stakeholders to fulfill manpower needs and provide daily HR support to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and provide HR advice when required.
Handle general HR administrative duties and maintain HR records.
Liaise with vendors for office-related services (e.g., copier, water dispensers, lift maintenance).
Oversee pantry and stationery inventory, including monthly procurement.
Manage renewal of business licenses (e.g., MBSA) and support office expansion projects.
Conduct periodic reviews of HR processes and propose improvements.
Assist with ad hoc tasks and research as assigned by management.
Position Requirements
Proven experience in recruitment or HR generalist role.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Able to multitask and manage HR/admin duties effectively.
Proactive and resourceful in candidate sourcing and issue resolution.
Independent and comfortable working with cross-border teams.
Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
