1. General Ledger Management
• Record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Maintain and reconcile the general ledger for accuracy.
• Perform bank reconciliations and verify financial documents.
2. Accounts Receivable
• Issue invoices promptly and monitor collection statuses.
3. Accounts Payable
• Verify supplier payables and ensure timely payments.
4. Audit Preparation & Support
• Assist in preparing documents for external audits.
• Ensure compliance with audit requirements and address any findings.
5. Compliance & Regulatory Reporting
• Adhere to accounting standards and local/international regulations.
• Prepare and submit reports to regulatory authorities.

1. Bachelor degree in finance, accounting or any related field.
2. Currently looking to fulfill their mandatory internship.
3. Able to travel to Kuala Lumpur for the internship.
