1. Plan and monitor daily concrete production activities to meet customer demand and delivery schedules.

2. Ensure proper batching, mixing, and curing processes are followed as per design mix specifications.

3. Monitor and improve production efficiency and reduce material wastage.

4. Analyze bottlenecks in production and implement solutions for process improvement.

5. Collaborate with QAQC teams to ensure concrete products meet required quality standards.

6. Investigate and resolve production-related quality issues.

7. Oversee the operation and maintenance of machinery and production equipment.

8. Coordinate with maintenance teams for scheduled servicing and breakdowns.

9. Enforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

10. Conduct risk assessments and ensure the implementation of safety procedures.

11. Prepare and maintain production reports, material usage records, and downtime logs.

12. Support audits and inspections by maintaining accurate documentation.

1. Possessed Degree / Master Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or any equivalent.

2. Knowledge or sound results of supervising and leading a group of people is a plus.

3. Knowledgably in concrete.

4. Strong communication and collaboration skills.

5. Ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement.

6. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (oral and written).

7. Proficiency in Sarawak native language and Chinese will be an advantage.

8. Fresh graduate with good learning attitude will also be considered.

Responsible for overseeing and improving production processes related to concrete manufacturing. This includes managing daily plant operations, ensuring quality control, optimizing equipment efficiency, maintaining safety standards, and implementing cost-effective production methods.
