QAQC Engineer

1. Monitor and enforce compliance towards standards and procedures.

2. Report non-conformance to superior and related parties for immediate action.

3. Responsible and monitor daily lab inspection and testing (steel, concrete and raw material).

4. Identify and highlight defects or foreseeable defects to superior and related parties.

5. Keep records of inspections and before/after repair of defect products.

6. Advise and provide solution with related parties when QA/QC issues arise.

7. Study and experiment different concrete mix design.

8. Preparation, update and validation of all design, calculations, scope of works, specification, bill of quantities, drawings and reports.

9. Setup, improve and maintain the ISO standard.

10. Coordinate and execute all QC procedures, documentations and records.

11. Lead internal and external QA audits (ISO9001).

12. Preparing the quality plan according to the project requirement and standard.

13. Engage with production team to deliver high quality works.

14. Monitor an efficient system and record for all project activities and analyze all processes to ensure according to quality requirements.

15. Handling customer complain,, site visit to identify root cause.

16. Prepare analysis and report to the Management with recommendations for improvement and preventive measures.

17. Work and communicate closely with other department to ensure the operation smoothness.

1. Degree / Master Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

2. Knowledgeable in concrete, lab inspection and testing.

3. Fresh graduate with good learning attitude will also be considered.

Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality control systems and ensuring that concrete products comply with internal and external quality standards. This role involves inspection, testing, reporting, and coordination with production and technical teams to resolve quality-related issues and improve overall product reliability and performance.
