Alfred first obtained his Diploma in Mass Communication from Universiti Malaysia Sabah before graduating as a Fine Arts scholar from Parsons School of Design, New York, United States. He currently works as the Head of Marketing for both GTI Media and JobsCentral Malaysia. His day-to-day tasks include managing and coordinating marketing and creative staff, leading market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products and services, plus liaising with media organizations and advertising agencies. He is also a true believer in teamwork as his saying goes "Great things in business are never done alone. They're done by a team of people." Some of his most remarkable projects are Mega Careers & Study Fair, Malaysia’s Salary Guide, Work Happiness Survey, Malaysia’s 100 Leading Graduate Survey & Awards Ceremony.
