The Ceremonies honour, recognise and celebrate our graduates'' achievements and at the same time reaffirm our scholarly values and celebrate the role of scholarly traditions of our University. Your presence therefore, would be very valuable in ensuring a successful and memorable event and I strongly urge each one of you to attend.
The Ceremonies are on the 13-14 July (Wednesday & Thursday) as follows :

Please take note that even if you do not need the regalia, you need to register your attendance through the system on the same link. You will also need to update your qualification so that your record is kept updated.

Regalia Return

Regalia return counter open time: 3pm - 8pm

**Regalia are to be return right after the ceremony latest by 8pm at each respective day.

Academic staff must personally acknowledge receipt and return upon collecting and returning of the Regalia.
Academic staff must collect the regalia as stated above and return the Regalia immediately upon completion of the ceremony at the designated venue.
Academic staff are responsible for maintaining the regalia in good condition. Any damage or loss is chargeable amounting to a maximum of Ringgit Malaysia Nine Hundred (RM900).
