This report describes a final year project to design, make and test a prototype electronic billboard that is operated by solar power. A billboard also known as a billing board is a large outdoor advertising structure. It is typically large with ostensibly witty slogans and distinctive visuals to catch a person's atention and create a memorable impression very quickly. Conventionally, the large billboards need great electric power supply during the night time for the lamplight.
