Abstract

LCAA is a tool used to find the total whole-cost of built-asset throughout its entire life span. The aim of this report is to identify LCCA techniques and apply these to a range of design alternatives, and then use the information generated to aid and assist decision-making in building design teams by comparing the Life-cycle cost of each potential alternative and their related component costs.
