In cellular telecommunications system. it is important to allow users to have successful calls. A call is made from the user to network.Network will allocate a channel in a cell to the call. Channel assignment is the main part of this project. For 2G wireless comminication, two main channel assignment algorithms are Fixed Channel Assignment (FChA)and Dynamic Channel Assigment (DChA).
