This project proposes an anti-islanding scheme to deal with the islanding phenomenon in distributed generation (DG) applications. Specifically, the Slip Mode Frequency Shift (SMS) method is recommended. The main focus of this paper is on the hardware modelling and evaluation using MATLAB Simulink and PSIM Simulator approaching towards practical implementation.
