Simulation and cost optimization of stand-alone solar and biomass energy system for Sarawak rural areas (part B)
In rural remote areas, population is dispersed, how low incomes and grid power supply is not fully extended to these areas due to viability and financial constraints. Sarawak state needs to develop a number of small power generations in remote areas. A stand-alone solar-powered system and stand-alone biomass powered system are designed and operated completely independent of the power grid.
