Abstract

For modern machining, there is more effective method for the improvement of surface finish quality, tool life span and effective cost for operating during high productivity machining. Excessive heat and friction force generated at cutting point of -chip-tool-workpiece interface will intensely cause tool wear. Moreover, tool wear affects the sharpness of cutting tool edges.
