Abstract

In the past few decades, composite has become one of the most pervasive materials throughout the world. The blooming of utilization of composite in various industries such as constructions, automative, aerospace and electronic sectors indicate that the great development of composites nowadays. In the present investigation, the wear behaviors of natural fiber composites will be explored through the manufacturing of composite reinforced with oil palm empty fruit brunch (OPEFB) fibers. However in recent years, nano-phased materials have become more prosperous and a lot attempts have been made to improve the mechanical properties, including the wear behaviors of natural fiber polymer composite through the reinforcement of nano-scale filler in the fabrication of composite.
