Natural fibre do possess greater amount of mechanical characteristic but it has hydrophilic nature and poor adhesion towards polymer integration. The use of nanomaterial shave been also studied for the hibridization of OPEFB fibre composite filled with particles which further increase the flexural properties but produces poor wear characteristics. The integration of nano clay and oil palm empty fruit bunch into hybrid composite investigated in this report in terms of mechanical and wear properties.
