In view of the condition of the rural area in Sarawak, the research on stand-alone hybrid energy has been increased. Many developers have found interest in satnd-alone system that is specialized in hybrid system that includes micro-hydro and solar power of photovoltaic cells. The aim of this project is to simulate stand-alone power system with optimization of the component size for a remote resident.
