Land Use Planning (LUP) requires continuous research to address the various issues that impacted the environment and the quality of life in the process of land development. According to (Campaign to protect rural England n.d.), LUP id "the framework for how land is used and developed is largely provided by the town and country planning system, which aims to secure the most efficient and effective use of land in the public interest".
