Abstract

Controlled speed drive for DC motor is widely applied in industrial area, especially using in high-torque application such as crane at sea port, crane, lift; another wide in used is automobile field. All the applications are widely used in carry load for low or average speed. For a DC motor drive, power source supply must convert from AC to DC in a converter. Pnce the DC motor under operation, motor speed must be maintained while the load is being increased as refer to the desired value.
