The paper studies the current status of practices of stormwater and wastewater management in urban areas in Sarawak. A literature review of the legal framework, government and public involvement is presented. A field study of stormwater and wastewater facilities in Senadin area was undertaken. The paper includes findings of a survey on the community's perception with regard to stormwater and wastewater management.
