The increasing of global warming as well as the surging oil prices have hance increase the demand for the usage of renewable energy globally. Solar power is one of the renewable energy that is udes by some of the countries for large scale power generation in order to replace the existing resources that are constantly decreasing each year. This thesis develops and investigates the performance of a single axis solar tracker and provides a critical evaluation of feasibility of installing the solar tracker in CSM. The implemented solar tracker (prototype) was tested in order to obtain the power generated by the solar tracker.
