To encounter the problem of global warming, various solutions have been proposed on the transportation technologies and one of it is the application of electric vehicle concept. However, this technology is not as clean as it sounds because the power (electric power) extracted employed the generation from nuclear power, which is thought to be the ideal choice fpr producing electricity in a large scale. As in this paper, the main idea is to devise a brand-new vehicle design that is to be refilled with water and still capable to produce wnoguh fuel to run the vehicle.
