Abstract

Hermite-Rodriguez functions has been theoretically proven useful in UWB communication systems. This thesis presents the FPGA implementation of the functions, and describes the approaches to some key implementation constraints and issues. It provides verifications of the implementation by simulation results and a laboratory experiment to show that the design is able to generate the Hermite-Rodriguez functions.
