In this study, unaxial compression tests were performed on layered food composite (French fries). Uniaxial compression was performed to obtain data which was the input data for the numerical modeling (Finite Element Model). Commercial finite element analysis software ABAQUS was used in this study to perform simulation for the compression of French fries.
