Abstract

This paper presents the studies and experiment of the development of mathematical models for the tool life of Solid Carbide End Mill in end milling. In this work, the Machineable Glass Ceramics is used as a workpiece. Linear and quadratic mathematical models for the tool life have been developed in terms of the primary cutting variables.
