This paper concerns on investigating the rheological characterization of pepper waste fiber as compared to wheat flour (as controlled fiber). This work contains two parts: impacts of fiber size and content towrds i) viscosity of fiber suspension and towards ii) mechanical compression strength of epoxy-fiber composite.
