The wheelchair has always been a quintessential part of the lives of disabled people; ranging from short term usage to a whole life dependency. With this comes an ever-growing evolution of designs and features today in parallel to the primary purpose of a wheelchair; a set of of wheels to increase mobility and reduce dependency. Therefore, this project proposes three innovative features incorporated into a standard manual wheelchair to further enhance the user-friendly interface.
