Abstract

The main objective of this research is to develop a probabilistic life cycle cost model with uncertainties for the total evaluation cost and system effectiveness for pipeline systems in oil and gas industry. To achieve the research objective, the LCC model is developed using the adaptive network-based fuzzy inference system (ANFIS) and also analyze then evaluate the LCC with the cost data which was extracted from the oil and gas industry.
