In recent years, cloud computing cultivated the outsourcing of computing resources and mobile users has been increasing steadily among student in Curtin Sarawak campus. This paper is about the documentation of migrating Modular Object-Oriented Dynamic Learning Environment to Microsoft cloud platform. Microsoft Azure. The documentation will includes the process for setting up virtual machine in Azure, setup PHP and Windows server 2012, configuring Moodle, MySQL and SQL Server for user authentication as well as the framework used for the cross-platform application development for the mobile application for student studying in Curtin Sarawak to access useful information quickly on their mobile devices.
