Abstract

This paper presents the influence of process parameters like cutting speed, feed rate, depth of cut and rake angle on temperature distribution and stress in end milling of nickel-based alloys Inconel 625 using Cubic Boron Nitride (CBN) under dry environment. Simulation has been conducted based on Taguchi's L9 orthogonal array.
