Most industries generate electricity by using gas turbine. It is essential to supply the power continuosly to meet the production demand. However, the gas turbine fail suddenly due to several factors. In this case the industries which are depend on the gas turbine incur high down time cost. In fact, it is impossible to avoid a sudden failure completely. The objective of this research is to develop a reliability based maintenance model to minimize the frequency of sudden failure.
