Abstract

The separation of racemic ibuprofen ester using a hollow fiber membrane reactor was studied. The CFD modeling and simulation of a hollow fiber membrane reactor was studied for lipase-catalyzed hydrolisis of racemic ibuprofen ester integrating with kinetic resolution (KR) and dynamic kinetic resolution (DKR). Two CFD models were developed using COMSOL Multiphysics 4.4.
