The oil palm industry is an export-oriented industry which relies heavily on the world market. And oil palm insudtry has become one of the rapidly growing sectors in Malaysia for the past decades. The development of palm oil industry has brought economic development and prosperity to the society. However, it has also led to various environmental issues. Therefore, it is vital for the oil palm industry to be sustainable and competitive to increase its long-term profitabillity. This research is based on the specified palm oil mill named MJM palm oil which located in the highway between Miri and Bintulu in Sarawak Malaysia.
