The main objectives of this research were to develop an efficient process for production of thermal insulation board materials from bagasse and coconut husk, and to evaluate physical, mechanical and thermal properties of both bagasse and coconut husk insulation boards. The retail bags plastic was considered to be an additive to produce the boards with a standard of forty percentages of the fibres for each materials was used.
